Terms and Conditions

This competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

  1. Entry Requirements:
    To enter, participants must:

    • Like and share the original competition post.

    • Tag 3 friends in the comments section of the post.

    • Subscribe to our YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/@howlinghuskypark.

      All three actions must be completed for an entry to be valid.

    Competition Period: The competition begins on 7th October 2024 and ends on 7th November 2024 at 11:59 PM AEST. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

    Prizes:

    • 1st Prize: A FREE tour of your choice: 1hr Backcountry Sled Dog Tour with the option to drive the sled (2ppl) OR 1hr Winter Dreams Family Tour (2 adults, 2 children). FREE Pat and plays with the Husky team. FREE 2-night accommodation in Swifts Creek Accommodation. FREE x2 Howling Husky Hoodies. Total value: $1245!

    •  2nd Prize: A FREE tour of your choice for 2 people: 1hr Backcountry Sled Dog Tour with the option to drive the sled (2ppl) OR 1hr Winter Dreams Family Tour (2 adults, 2 children). FREE Pat and plays with the husky team. FREE x2 Howling Husky Stubby Holders. Total value: $705!

    • 3rd Prize: A FREE Polar Paws 30-minute Tour for 2 people. Total value: $370!

      Tours include choices between a 1-hour backcountry sled dog tour for 2 people or the Winter Dreams family tour (2 adults, 2 children).

    Prizes are issued in the form of a voucher. Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed as cash.

    Winner Selection: Winners will be randomly selected from valid entries and announced live on Facebook on 7th November 2024. The winners will be contacted via direct message and must respond within 5 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this time, a new winner will be chosen.

    Prize Redemption: Prizes must be redeemed within the validity period. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. Vouchers can be on gifted as long as the original winners notify Howling Huskys directly beforehand.

    Accommodation Terms (1st Prize):

    • Accommodation is valid for up to 2 adults and 2 children for 2 nights at Swifts Creek Riverblock Accommodation.

    • Transport to and from the accommodation is not included.

    • A credit card is required for a security deposit at check-in. Any breakages or damages during the stay are the responsibility of the guest and will be charged to the credit card on file.

    Publicity: By entering, participants agree to allow Howling Huskys Wildlife Park to use their name and entry (including any comments, photos, or videos) in promotional materials, including social media, without additional compensation.

    Privacy: Personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and in accordance with our privacy policy.

    Disqualification: Howling Huskys Wildlife Park reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.

    Modifications and Termination: Howling Huskys Wildlife Park reserves the right to modify or terminate this competition at any time without prior notice.

    Liability: Howling Huskys Wildlife Park is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or incomplete entries, or any other issues beyond our control. All other standard terms and conditions apply.
