Once we have received your booking enquiry and have confirmed that your chosen date and time are available, we do require a $50 deposit to secure your booking. Your deposit is a non-refundable amount. You will receive a gift voucher for the amount paid regarding cancellations as long as the cancellation is made at least 10 days prior to your booking date. If you choose to cancel your tour within 10 days of your booking we are able to reschedule for a later date. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your tour your deposit is forfeited. Without a deposit paid your booking is not secured. It can take up to three business days to receive bank transfer details. Once details are received confirmation will be sent.
Please use your surname and the date of your tour as your booking reference when paying via Bank Deposit. For example - Smith0807 would be a booking for the Smith family on the 8th of July. Please remember to add your booking reference to the transaction.
If your booking is in the next few days, you're best off paying via PayPal to ensure the deposit is received in time.
